Our commission structure is straightforward:

• Full and Premium packages: 14% of your rental income

If your occupancy performs better than 70% or 85% monthly, we add a small performance bonus (2–4%) – because when you earn more, we earn more.

For transparency, we also charge a fixed fee to cover regular maintenance and inspections.
